• Amana Takaful Life PLC, accepts any local Master or Visa credit cards and debit cards for Payments.
• Your payment will normally reach our bank account within two working days. We cannot accept any liability for delayed payments.
• We cannot accept liability for payments being recorded on the wrong policies if you provide inaccurate information, but will make every effort to reallocate any such payments if they arise and upon duly notified.
• We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by your credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• If your card supplier declines payment, the Company is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier in this regard.
• In no event will the Company be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

• You are 18 years of age or above.
• You have the appropriate authority to validly accept the Online Payment Terms and are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to these Terms.
• The card used in connection with the Services is issued in your name or you are authorized to use such card.
• You will pay the card issuer all charges incurred in the use of the Services

• Payments will be processed directly by Authorize.net (LKR transactions) using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology
• Card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
• The Company does not store in any way your card details

You have a right of cancellation in respect of the payments made to your own insurance policy other than the premium already fallen due. This right shall (subject to the Regulations) expire fourteen calendar days from the day on which either the payment is made by you or your payment is accepted by Amana Takaful Life PLC, whichever date occurs first. However, Amana Takaful Life PLC reserves the right to suspend any refund which appears that the request is false or not complied with the Terms and conditions specified above. Further Amana Takaful Life PLC will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, costs, delays or other liability whatsoever (including without limitation any financial losses such as loss of profit) which you may incur as a result of any event beyond our reasonable control (including without limitation to any failure of transmission, communication, computer or other facilities or your inability to access the Website for any reason or any failure, error or delay in sending or receiving of any notice or communication or instruction through the post or any electronic medium).

1. Policy Cancellation:

• Refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
• Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted.

2. Overpayment or Duplicate Payments:

• If a customer makes an excess or duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

3. Payment Errors:

• Refunds may be processed if a payment error occurs due to technical issues or incorrect payment details provided by the customer.

• By accepting/ agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User expressly agrees that his/ her use of the aforesaid online payment Service is entirely at own risk and responsibility of the User.
